Shipping policy

Shipping

We offer USPS and UPS shipping. When selecting your Shipping Method during checkout, we have a Free Shipping option that will ship USPS most of the time but will ship UPS on some larger shipments. Free Shipping is only available to the Contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

Unless you need your order in 1-2 days, we recommend selecting the Free Shipping option. USPS reaches 99% of the continental United States in 2-3 days.

If you do need your order expedited, we offer UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air on orders over 2 pounds.

We do our best to ship within the same day, however, some days are busier than others so we can't guarantee that your order will ship immediatly and can delay for the next day.

International Shipping

Currently, our system does not calculate shipping anywhere else than USA. In case you want a quote for shipping outside of US, contact sales@tri-fly.com

Returns

You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you do not like the item or it does not fit properly, you will be responsible for return shipping. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Please contact sales@tri-fly.com before returning an item so we are aware of the return and can process it correctly once we receive it.

Return refunds are sent as store credit.
